A Decade of Diverse Instructional Design Experience

My journey in instructional design began over a decade ago, initially in the oil and gas industry. However, my career has not been limited to this field alone. Over the years, I have expanded my expertise across multiple sectors including maritime, construction, power generation and utility, public health services, and healthcare. This diverse industry experience has not only enriched my skills but also broadened my perspective, allowing me to design versatile and effective training solutions that cater to varied professional needs and environments.

As a native Texan and an Air Force veteran, my background is as diverse as my career. I bring a unique blend of discipline, a positive can-do attitude, and a deep-seated passion for technology and education. With extensive experience in IT networking and support services, I leverage my technical expertise to enhance the digital aspects of my instructional design work. I am committed to overcoming challenges and continually improving the efficacy of educational programs. My work is driven by a genuine love for what I do—creating educational experiences that not only fill knowledge gaps but also transform behaviors and improve performance across all levels of an organization.
